I'm a little late but oh well... here goes... The Pimp Meme
1.
What was the first fic you ever wrote? (picture you drew, manip/vid you made - sub in your form of expression for all questions). Ugh! Ever After. Talk about nightmarish!
2.
What's your most recent work? "Just... Relax" A bit of Snarlie pron.
3.
What do you think you're best at (genre, style, theme)? Smut, smut, and more smut
4.
What would you like to be better at? Plot. I tend to write quick little one shots that really don't develope into anything. I'm afraid of committment... Sadly, that really is the story of my life.
5.
Which of your works do you think best represents you as a writer/artist? Wow, hmm... interesting question. You see, I'm not quite sure about that one. I think it would be "Snowed In" that I wrote for the marvelous Concept. I was delving into something I was't entirely comfy with. The writing style didn't really seem all that much like me. But at the same time, it was exactly me... or a me I wish to become.
6.
What's your favourite story you've ever written (picture you've ever drawn etc)? "Snowed In" hands down!
7.
What's your favourite scene/chapter you've ever written? In "Just... Relax" at the end,
Gingerly, Charlie brought his wrists towards his body. He curled towards his lover, snuggling close while rubbing his sore wrists. "Severus, why?" he asked again. This scene just seemed so intimate to me. Obviously, it can't get anymore intimate than hot, sweaty sex, but there's something to be said about the aftermath. And what it could bring. They're not even touching, yet it definately felt like they were.
8.
What's your favourite passage or line you've ever written? Heh! My favorite line is in "Pretty Man".
"I don't know what you did to me. Tonight has been... I don't know... Magical, in some way. I uh... I like you... A lot." He ran a hand through his hair, still feeling very nervous. "I guess what I'm trying to say is that I want to see you again. If you'll let me." Even after fucking Severus Snape through the roof, the line clearly shows how vulnerable Harry really is.
9.
Have you ever written/drawn something that you found really upsetting, that you almost couldn't bring yourself to write/draw? Not Really.
10.
Which (if any) of your works represents a departure from your usual style, you taking a risk and trying something new? Do you think it worked? Once again... "Snowed In"
11.
Who's your favourite character to write/draw? Snape. Sexy, Severus Snape. I adore him. I worship the groud he walks on. There's just something incrediably sexy about that ugly, vindictive, malicious, git.
12.
Name five things that typically characterize your work. Smut, angst, humor, real emotions, oocness (LOL)
13.
List the projects you're working on right now or have coming up in the near future. Nothing except a story that's taking me longer than it should. But no fest this year so far.
14.
How do you think your writing/art has changed since you first started (in the fandom specifically, for those of you who do this for a living too)? Oh gawd! Everything's changed. You can definately see the improvement from my first two stories. Each story just got better and better...
15.
Describe yourself as a writer/artist in five words or less. Sweet, playful, emolicious, sinful, uncertain
